Although he reflects none of the trauma now, Scorch was orphaned at two weeks by his mother Charming Reference. She not only left a whole in our hearts, but she left this bundle in our care. We grafted him onto another mare, and she raised him as her own. Thanks to that experience he is a voracious eater and an extremely gentle soul despite being a stallion. Due to his childhood he is unshown, but look for him to be out there soon following in his Reserve World Champion sisters (Perpetual Charmer) hoof prints!

With limited foals, we feel Scorch has done a great job stamping his foals with a certain look, his kind attitude and natural ability to do whatever is asked of them. See his foals below.
